on the same page

One of the biggest obstacle in managing a project is getting all project stakehoders on the same page. Email, the default medium of client communication, quickly becomes a chaotic soup of disjointed conversation. Coordinating a multitude of visual representations, often in multiple file types, seems to push us all towards a ubiquitous design style and methodology. And project managing software of the day seems authoritative and non-colaborative.

So we're gonna try to get us all on the same page - literally. 

Still a mountain of logistics to wrap our heads around, but the framework is starting to take shape.
